Oh wow.. yes shoulders are a bit large and you propably should have scaled them down a bit, but overall wow.

The shoulders could need some fixing but, comparing the waist and the shoulders there isn't a huge difference.

I agree with the ladies above. But I really like the outfit. I would have also tried a foot scaler just in case; I know some meshes don't work with them, but the mesh here is a bit small.
