I think this is a really good start! The only thing I can think of is your skin is a little too light but that is personal preference. I think a black shoe would make this outfit better

Do not scale the hands small than 65.
The lash is random, because your eyebrows are black and your hair is blue. Best choice for you wear is black lashes.
It is best for you to wear the hologram nails so it may match with its outfit/theme better.
I do agree with Kellsie about the shoes, it's not big deal but it would look much better.
Also I still do feel she looks bare, so adding some accessories would be great choice to do.

Brown eyelashes are natural eyelashes; black is more like if she was using mascara. So it should be fine.
My big concern is the black in the outfit; none of it looks textured on my screen. I can't tell if it's only me, though, so I will trust the other judges with that. Otherwise, I agree with Dreta about the nails, shoes, and accessories. Nice start, though!
