I am not good at pastel goth so I will leave it to other judges if they think this is pastel goth.
I like what did you do with the shirt and shoes.

The backpack I feel it is random due to hologram.
I am not sure about the glasses; it sort of matching, but the galaxy is random. I can't complain because the quote from the shirt is related to it.
Be careful with the glitches because it's awkward when the hand is going through the shirt and of course, the headband as well.

I think pastel goth can use aliens. I've seen outfits that use more color and less black, but normally it's all pastels and some holographic stuff. But this isn't sitting right with me for some reason; maybe because it feels like there's a lot going on. I can't really help but feel like the purples are too dark to be considered pastel as well. Depending on what other judges say, the title might be changed.
I agree with Dreta about the holographic stuff and the sunglasses. I also think that the shoes are too grungy for the theme; platforms or tighter-fitting boots would have been better. I think that the fishnets were a neat idea, but something 'softer' is more appealing in terms of theme, like nylon (imo). I think you had a nice idea in mind, but it could use some better direction if it's going to be submitted for the theme. And as a regular submission, I would say that the accessories could still use some work because they don't feel very coherent atm.

So, basically what should I change about this apart from making the accessories more coherent? Because most of the complaints were on how this outfit didnt really fit the pastel goth theme, but as a regular submission I am perplexed on what I should change.

I'd say the accessories, fishnets, and possibly the bottoms. Though that last part might be personal, I think that something looser/baggier or slightly longer might fit the rest of the outfit better. :q I thought about it last time, but I decided not to write it out because I wasn't sure, but they are pretty mature for a younger model. You could technically still keep the fishnets on the legs, I guess, but I don't think it's really flattering on the arms.

This is nice, but beads bracelet looks bigger compare to other bracelets.
I would rather to wear pants because the loose shorts and the "big and loose" boots I think it is too much.

I have no idea how you managed to make this look like a completely new outfit, but you did. The way you dressed it, it kind of reminds me of a grungey gamer girl from the 90s, this is a lot better.
