You should try to avoid scaling your shoulders past 90% because they get pushed in and look unnatural then. And don't ever scale your arms unless a mesh warps them in some way. Your feet are also too small here. You need to scale them up to at least 110%. It's a good look but your proportions are really off.

Agree with Frightful, you need to fix your proportions a bit.
Regarding the outfit, the pants seem outdated, poor quality and texture, since you will be resubing this, i would like the pants to have more quality.
Also, i don't think the glasses are doing much for the outfit, and they glitch a bit in the nose area.
I don't really get the green eyeshadow, since anything on the outfit is green, and this is a simple outfit, a bold eyeshadow doesn't make much sense in my opinion.
