I like the theme that you were going for, but the bottoms don't really say 'sports' to me, and you used them in your previous submission. The leg width is still a problem for me, and now the feet look extremely large. Your best bet is to change the bottoms, fix the scalers, and try to fix this so that it follows bundle rules.
Bundles require top and bottoms, plus shoes or hair, and an additional two products. You're missing one of the additional products.

I think you were better off with the old skin. The new one isn't as detailed and looks oddly 'fake' in certain areas like the arms/hands and around the collarbone/lower neck? Otherwise, nice job.
