Interesting submission. I like some yanderes myself.
I'm not super fond of the bloody face being used in a perfectly clean outfit, but it could be left up to preference, I suppose. The shoulders and head also look a bit big for the rest of her body. Normally, anything lower than 90% shoulders is a no-no, but there are some occasions when 85% is acceptable. I think this is one of those cases, as well as the need for a better head scaler. Either way, it's not a huge deal.
Otherwise, I really see nothing wrong with this; it's a cute outfit.
