I like this, but he also looks a little 'top heavy.' The best thing you could do is scale the shoulders a bit, maybe to 95%, and remove the arm scaler. The head scaler could be removed if the head starts looking too big.
Otherwise, no issues! Just work on your scalers a little more.

Moo is right about the scalers.
When I first look at this i thought " I think i have seen this before"... And although this is beautifully done you have to show us different styles/colors, because this is very similar to something you have already done.
