I like the concept here, but you really...really have to be careful about the products you're picking for submissions. The jeans and top aren't really great quality. And the top looks like it's supposed to be tucked into the bottoms, so it hovering up like that is kind of bothering me. More of a pet peeve than anything, though.
I also don't especially care for the shoes, maybe because they're a little too edgy for this particular outfit. Platforms are great, but I don't think they're great here. I like the way you accessorized this, though.
Other judges might disagree, but I feel like something has to change here. I'd prefer if it was the bottoms because it's obvious how dated they are. With the right bottoms, you could pull in the shoes. Something like leather or a little edgier.

Nice makeup, nice hair, nice accessories.
But the quality of the top and the bottoms, is bad. The skull of the top is all blurry, the jeans don't fit well.
You will have to think carefully about what to change. If it was me i would change the top (that skull really bothers me), i would find a long top that covered the top of the jeans, because, in my opinion,the belt area is the worst.
Also, the nails that you choosed already have rings, so i don't see the point of having another set of rings put on.
Agree with Moo about the shoes.

You forgot to remove the "model light", such things only add to the cost of the outfit.
