My only real complaints are the hair.. I don't know why, I just don't like it here.
And the shoes kinda seem flat, but maybe that's personal?
The rest of it is pretty.
You could have added a small ring for an accessory, but it's not really necessary, so good job.

I really don't think this shirt is passable. I'ts pretty much completely flat when you look around the designs. I also feel like the shoes are too chic for the rest of this - the shirt tones it down a lot, and then the shoes are really in your face with their design, and I don't think it goes.

The eyebrows that you chose are too low on the face; I think you need to change them to something a little higher up.

Careful with the accessories if you change the shirt (which is my recommendation) because you have nothing in that area, right now.

I have to agree with Sin. Especially about the shirt. It's not really MissC's best work imo, even though the design is great.
You can pull the shoes and skirt off if you replace the shirt with something more appropriate.

Omg the design of this shirtttt but yes the quality is lacking in terms of definition and shading. If only though im really feeling this. Im kinda iffy on the skirt as well. But like iMoo said you can pull it off with the shoes better than keeping the top
