This is really pretty.
Digging everything here. The eyebrows should probably be black considering how dark the roots are, but minor.

The lips are a little too red for this dress, they're kind clashing a bit. You need a darker tone. You've got to be careful about reds clashing. This also feels a little underdone. It's a cute idea, you just need more accessories.
