Not sure about the shoes or the hair.
I also don't like how the skin eye shadow is pink/purple but the lips are red.

Something looks off...
I agree with Emerald, the makeup and lips don't mesh well together.
The shoes a bit awkward, I would prefer boots.
Necklace wouldn't hurt.
The hair is okay, I don't like how it's all over..
Nothing really "wows" me sorry..
I'd like to see a resub.

I dont mind the hair, its messy and all over so it fits with a provocative theme
I understand the skin thing but the lips are meant to match the upper eye shadow not the pink in the lid and either ways you couldnt have changed that
A necklace would have been mostly covered by the hair so there would be no point for it

I think the makeup chosen was a bit off but I also know Cindyy, while having tons of skins, doesn't really offer too much variety in make up. Most her skins all come with 3 tone shadows and diff color lips. Other than that I think she needed a necklace too but I'm on the fence about that.
