Face here isn't pretty at all IMO.
The hair color doesn't go with her skin that much.
I wish there was more going on with this outfit,
and that you varied the dev (romychane)

Ohhhh I actually love this! It looks very dainty and fairy-like 
. I like how you used the soft colours and I really like the dress. I agree that you could have mixed up the devs more - and I actually do not think there is more needed to this outfit ; it looks simple and elegant, the way it should be. Not too sure of the head, but it does not bother me.

Hair and eyes could be changed, the cape kinda clashes w/ the dress other than that it's good but not special
