I really like this, although I would have changed the hair. It's unique, and we've seen several attempts at looks like this one with the socks, but none of which stuck out for me, so this is pleasant. I really like it, and brings something new to the table. However, the shorts ARE badly textured, and not that great. BUT, the top has so much going on, that it kinda takes away from the badly textured shorts. It works for me. I like it. Good Job!
