it's supposed to have a halo. when people say 'holy crap!'...so the outfit is literally holy crap, it's crap with a halo....

LOL.... I do not know if I like it or hate it to be honest. Sure, it's the theme Satire, but this looks EW. xD

I will refrain from giving it a grade as I find this uncomfortable.
Fashion wise it would be a poopie F, Satire wise, it would be an A.
